Hi all..
I had a c section 2 months ago and was blessed with a baby boy! I was already obese before pregnancy, but then after d delivery I have gained immense weight. Have no clue how to reduce it to keep myself healthy for my son! I would like to know if there is any good diet to follow which is not boring but effective. As m taking care of an infant, I do not have much time.so I need an easy diet! Any suggestions?
