Any mother having slipped disk(sciatica)?

 I am Madhavi, 33 yr old, ds 6 yrs..suffering from slipped disk. Last 3 months total bed rest...now little bit ok but cann't sit or walk more than 5 min.....need moral support as well as tips for everthing...taking care of my ds etc..thank you...
