Admissions to Smt. Sunitidevi Singhania School for the academic year 2019 €" 2020
Thank you parents, for the overwhelming interest you have shown for the Orientation sessions that the school is conducting this week for admissions to Smt. Sunitidevi Singhania School for the academic year 2019-2020. Due to this huge response that we have received from you, instead of today, we will be opening the online admissions for classes Nursery to Std. VI from Thursday the 7th of February 2019 from 11a.m. till Sunday 17th February, 2019, 5:00 p.m.
All parents are requested to take note of the same.

The online application forms for admissions to Nursery, Jr. KG., Sr.KG. and Std I to Std. VI for the academic year 2019-2020 will be available on the school website www.singhaniaschool.org.
Eligibility Criteria:
Nursery admissions will be open to the children born between 1st October 2015 and 30th September 2016 (both days inclusive). There will be no relaxation on the age criteria.
Jr.KG admissions will be open to the children born between 1st October 2014 and 30th September 2015 (both days inclusive). There will be no relaxation on the age criteria.
Sr.KG admissions will be open to the children born between 1st October 2013 and 30th September 2014 (both days inclusive). There will be no relaxation on the age criteria.
Std.1 admissions will be open to the children born between 1st October 2012 and 30th September 2013 (both days inclusive). There will be no relaxation on the age criteria.
For admissions to Stds. 2 to Std. 6 the marks card of the current academic session, the report card of the previous academic year, transfer certificate / school leaving certificate are mandatory to be produced at the time of document verification.
The filling up of the online forms will commence from 5th February, 2019 from 12noon and will close on 15th February, 2019 at 12noon.
No extensions of time / date will be acceptable. Kindly do not approach / send mails to the school for admissions.
The school has no promoter or agent. You are advised not to approach such sources to seek their recommendation for admission to school.

SCHOOL ADMISSIONS for the Academic Year 2019 - 2020
Important Guidelines:
Please read the following instructions and eligibility criteria very carefully, before proceeding to register online.Admission Policy:
The online application forms for admissions to Nursery, Jr. KG., Sr.KG. and Std. I to Std. VI for the academic year 2019-2020 will be available from on the school website www.singhaniaschool.org.
The filling up of the online forms will commence from 7th February, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. and will close on 17th February, 2019 at 5:00 p.m..
The admissions to Smt. Sunitidevi Singhania School for Nursery to Std. VIwill be based on random sampling.
Any false / incorrect information on the application form will amount to disqualification.
In case of multiple forms filling, the first form filled will be considered for random sampling and the rest of the entries will amount to disqualification. No claim for refund of payment for duplicated forms will be entertained.
Those who are applying from abroad may give a local address owned by them. In case of provisional admission granted based on random sampling, the local address proof has to be produced at the time of document verification.
Those who miss the timeline of the admission process will not be entertained later.
The Management does not accept any donations or capitation fees. Beware of those who promise admission in exchange for money or other favours.
No requests for admissions will be entertained by the School Management or School Office.
Recommendation / request letters regarding admission will amount to rejection of the application. Kindly do not meet the school authorities regarding such matters.
The School has not appointed any persons / any agent or any third party to conduct admissions or to speak on behalf of the School.
Parents are advised not to believe or transact with any such persons / agencies who claim school admissions. The School accepts no liability for the loss or damage caused, if any, by such transactions.
The admission committee reserves its rights on issues regarding admission.

Procedure for Online Registration:
1. Log on to the School€™s website €" www.singhaniaschool.org.
2. Click on €˜Admissions€™ icon.
3. The mode of payment is online by default.
4. Carefully select the "Admission Sought for Std." as applicable for your ward.
5. Click on €œProceed to Application Form€.
6. Fill in the required details correctly.
7. Tick on I agree.
8. Click on submit icon.
9. You will get to see on your screen the confirmation of the form no., please take a printout of the Admission Form, and proceed to payment gateway for payment.
Kindly ensure that the following information has been entered correctly in the form before submission:
- Student€™s name & both parent€™s names.
- Date and place of birth.
- Complete residential address, mobile numbers, personal e-mail IDs and other particulars.
Kindly note that if any of the information in the admission form is found to be incorrect or false, either at the time of scrutiny of applications or later at the time of verification of credentials, the application will be cancelled and admission even if secured, will be denied.
In case of any technical error / transaction error kindly send email to support@singhaniaschool.org. No requests pertaining to any other clarifications will be entertained. Emails received on any other email id will not be entertained / attended to which please note.
Payment of Rs.1000/- (plus transaction charges as applicable) to be made towards application charges. Please note that €˜application to the school€™ does not mean selection.Payment mode is online. It can be made either by Credit Card, Debit Card or Net banking, UPI and Wallets (Airtel money and MobiKwik).
Important to note:
- Acknowledgement may take some time, based on the speed of your internet connection. Please be patient.
- Checking of the payment status should be done only after 24 hours of your form submission.
- To do so, click on the link available below announcements section on the school€™s website.
- You need to fill in the Form No. and Date of Birth of your ward on the link to know the payment status.
- This link will give you clear understanding of whether the payment is successful or not.
- System will generate a receipt number once the payment is successful.
- In case of payment failure, kindly do the following:
- Tick on I agree.
- Click on submit icon.
- You will get to see on your screen the confirmation of the form no. and proceed to payment gateway for payment.
Edit Facility: Application Form Edit Facility
In case you find any error after your form has been submitted, a separate link will be provided for all applicants on www.singhaniaschool.org on the 18th of February, 2019 wherein each applicant can edit and update the correct information except for change in the Date of Birth. This facility will be available and live only on 18th February, 2019 from 12:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Fees: 5500 per month. Total 4 installments annually
Caution Deposit: 15000
Admission Fees: 65000 (inclusive of 1st installment of school fees + Caution Deposit)
When can we expect the results of admission process?
Our current school requires us to pay next year fees by 15th Feb, 19!!

Which school ask next year€™s fees in current year? They don€™t have such rights.

School replied on mail in one liner saying she can complete the formalities in June but did not give specific date.
Does any one knows the exact process what should be done.
School staff is too busy it seems.
I am currently in USA and planning to relocate to India in they year of 2021. I have 2 kids. They younger kid qualifies for Jr KG admission in 2021 and the older one for 1st grade.
What is the criteria for Jr KG admission process? What are other good schools in this area ? How is Bilbong ?
