Rainbow International School Thane

Hi All,
We are considering to take admission in Rainbow International School. Very impressed with its infrastructure. However, since the school has recently started not sure on how good it is in terms of education. So thought to put forth my concern before this forum. Can anyone please let me have some review on Rainbow international school, thane. Am looking more from long term prespective. Look forward to prompt inputs. Thank you in anticipation.

Hii SPS, Academicwise its good. There is 10% escalation in fees every year.

Hi My son is in 5th std. class teacher and all subject teachers are same during the year.. and this is not a very new school...laurel public school has merged into Rainbow Intl.so same teaching faculties shifted here and few new recruitments. Just they have improved their infrastructure, digital learning and trying to maintain international standards for overall development of the children. If you have a look on reviews of the all the schools in thane, you will get parent's positive and negative reviews for all the schools except JK Singhania.

The management is very arrogant there, having a lot of attitude, almost unapproachable. The school is still in the organizational/experimental phase. The fees are high and hiked by 10% yearly. Affiliation has not been received yet. Hope it will improve sooner than later.

My Experiences is not good - Hygiene is been compromised at each level, There is construction site ACME OZONE Towers because of that dust component in front of school is very high and most of the kids get cough and cold continuously. I would suggest to consider other schools.

Hello everyone can any one tell me about Review of rainbow international school as I am looking for admission of my daughter in jr kg. I visited school and was very impress with the infra structure of the school but little bit worried about there educational curriculum. I also visited orchid international school but due lack of play grounds as well as school building is not impressive more over they have basement in which they carries other sports activity like swimming skating it seems like mall not school. So plz help me to sort out for which school I should preffers.

Have seen your review regarding Rainbow International School. Can you share about your experience regarding teaching staff and educational quality and also about fees structure of school. It will be great helpful for me. As I am not able to make decision between Orchid and Rainbow international schools.

Hello CD33, Everyone has different reviews about all the schools. But my experience with Rainbow is good. I had also visited 4/5 schools, and finally took admission in RIS. Current yr fees is 80k plus transportation plus books and uniorms. Every year there will be hike in fees by 10-15% as per general inflation. I have good experience with school, so sharing good reviews, but few people are thinking i am working with RIS so promoting the school. Its not like that. I am one of the parent and happy with the school and have seen more improvement in my son than his previous school, where he was from jr kg to 4th std. Afterall decision is yours.

Hi Staff and studies are good in hari niwas branch. My niece and 3 children frm our society are studying there in jr, sr.

Did you seek admission in Rainbow International School. My child studies in Grade 6 and I am personally not happy as all the promises made by school management has not been met.

Hi Soham, I am looking for a good school for my 3 yr old and came across your review and others feedback on Rainbow. Haven't visited them yet but does this Bramhand based school has Nursery as well or it only starts from Jr.kg? I am more interested to enroll my kid directly in this school rather than Rainbow preschool due to a bad experience with a pre school this year. Can you let me know please? Thanks

Hello Mr Amresh, RIS, Bramhand, starts with Jr KG. For nursery you have to take admission in pre school.only. To know more about school, log on to www.rainbowiternationalschool.in Rainbow International School has declared as the Best school in Thane - Kalyan. Read article in Hindustan Times dtd 31/10/2017. we are unable to decide between Rainbow and Orchid. it's mainly the teaching quality which we are apprehensive about in Rainbow coz infrastructure is better than Orchid. Can anyone suggest??

Hi All,
Just want to let you know that "Rainbow International School" is worst school around Thane. Do not go by their infrastructure or nice corporate kind of environment, they are very in-transparent in their activities. They will show you fake progress and most of the work must be done by parents. All the teachers are very busy in their looks and attire that they forget that they are there for teaching and making kids future. They say that they provide best coaches and playground for kids but think that they do not understand how important is sports in kids lives. Only one day allotted for sports and that too with lot of un-professionalism.

If you are wise, do not take admission in this school. Your child will become robot here, and won't have chance to grow up in all aspect

M also stuck between Orchid Rainbow and DAV Public School.
M looking for nursery.
Also Rainbow has two locations.
Preschool at Khewra Circle and full school at Brahmad.
Totally confused.
