The issue there is lack of quality teachers starting from School coordinator. 10 mins discussion with the secondary school coordinator will make you believe that content is not strong.
Pawar public school hinjewadi has good infrastructure but no quality teacher an very poor education particularly at higher classes after class 5th. For play school ir is ok. Here is some examples -
1. Math teacher writes problem and solution on the blackboard and ask students to note down. No explanation no question answers entaitained.
2. Chemistry teacher run the video from YouTube and chapter over, no explanation
3. Other language and sst teachers read the chapter without explaining.
4. Class tests are given to home as homework.
Teachers frequently changes job and seems not qualified for teaching who donot entaitained any discussion or question answers in classroom.
