School Fees Refund

I have taken my son's admission in one of the school, after 1 week under some circumstances we cancelled the admission. Even the new academic year has not yet started. Now school is not ready to refund Admission fees but giving back our 1st installment of fees. We have requested school to refund full amount, but it is still denying.
Please suggest/ provide me the adv. contact who has help parents to get back their school fees.
