we are moving to pune from dubai in 1st week of july and are looking for a good school in and around aundh area. I've checked the websites of several schools but really cannot judge. how are schools like vibgyor high, b g academy, vidya valley & how much is there travel time from aundh?

Please suggest if you know of any other good school in that area. I'm aware that admission at this time of the year would be tough and daughters need admission in classes 3 & 4.

Can anyone answer my queries?

BG Academy is one school where you will get admissions with no trouble. I will never recommend anyone to think of this on. It is a school that never had a principal for most of the time and even if it had one, never continued for more than 3 months. The constant change in the teaching staff is another big issue. The chairman, Koena Javeri, is sole hindrance to the school's progress and students’ success and the only reason why the teachers and principals quit. This school is a big no to anyone who wants a good future for their child.

Try for Orchid in Baner, DAV on D P road-Aundh, St. Joseph near University circle or Vidya Valley - Sus Gaon, which might be bit far off if you live in Aundh area.

Thanks Anamika for the reply. I've finally made my decision about the school & have got them admitted in Vibgyor High. Does anyone have any idea  about the reputation of this one?

Is there any one whose children go to this school? My daughters will join class 3 and 4. Which are good residential areas around this school as Aundh would be very far.
