Hi, Sorry don't know much about NIBM Rd area but recently experienced good school in PCMC area. I would like to suggest you to try GG International School, Pimpri.
Not sure if you are still looking, but you could consider schools in approx 10 km radius, look at their fees and then try to narrow down on best options that fit your bill. Also, decide where you wish to send your son to CBSE, ICSE or state board - or whether board does not matter so long as school is good. There are lots of good options in your catchment area, only concern being you returning in the middle of the year. Newer schools are in want of good students and may allow admission at this time. They do charge higher fees, but you may not have an option. Look for Kalyani school (some reviews are on this site itself). Amanora, DPS - are good but no chance of getting admission now.
Hi, do you know if getting admissions in March will be difficult for new sessions? I am still overseas and moving to Pune - Wakad area in March? Thanks

We r also moving to Pune from US in first week of june2017. My kids will be in 8th & 3rd grades. I m looking for good ICSC or CBSC school with the options of French as a second language in Hinjawadi, Wakad, Chinchwad area. I have short listed some of the schools like GIIS, Vibgyore, Vidya Valley,Wisdom World, Euro school, Blue Ridge etc. The only response I m getting from all of the schools that my kids have to give some assessment test first, that also they have to be there physically for the test, then only there admissions can be confirmed. There is no online test or anything!!! We can't go back before June because school academic session ends in June here in US. Can u guys please suggest what to do in such a situation , or if anybody know a good school which has online admission facilities. Thanks
I am in a similar situation in that we are planning on moving from the UK to Pune summer this year. My daughter is 7 years old and is currently in Year 2 in the UK. Given her age, I believe she will be required to take admission into 2nd standard in India? We have shortlisted a few schools, but it looks like it is hit and miss, given that schools will only confirm if, and how many spaces, they have around March. The process thereafter seems pretty fuzzy, with one school telling us that they call the parents for 'counselling'. It is unclear what this means.
It is also unclear if the kids need to be present in India around that time? If folks have any experience in this area, it would be really helpful to hear about them.
Do not go with infra. I have taken out both my kids from Euro.
