any review about PAWAR PUBLIC SCHOOL, Hinjewadi, Pune ?
Thanks and regards
I'm also waiting for review about this school and fee structure. please share your feedback
I have visitied the school ,school is in its starting phase.
Many of my friends kids are going there ans so far happy .This year school is also going to start lot of sports activities.
I visited the school too. The infrastucture is good. It is in startup. Currently operational in 5/6 classrooms only. But the premise is almost ready and they are geared up to take admissions. The staff seemed decent. i am thinking of putting my child in 1st Std there. However do not know of any any review from any other parent...
Isn't it too far, 8 kms from Infosys Phase 1 campus so definitely almost 15 kms from Pimple Saudagar which means around 1 hr one way journey if school timings fall during peak hours and ofcourse it will be.......Can you please also share fee structure for Jr Kg class.
I have also taken admission for my daughter in 1st std.Lets C.
I too have taken admission for class 1st. Paid fees too. I dont think we will repent.
The distance is there , but the school timings are not in peak traffic. It starts at7.50 am and ends aroiund 2pm. Should not take 1 hour. The fees is around 40K pa + food (optional) + transport.+ 25k refundable deposit.
School timings and fee are good as explained above by someone. Grounds, Sports facility and E class rooms are all looking good.
I have put my son in 3rd Class , just took a risk seeing their overall reputation. They will also provide coaching for Jumba dances thru Shamak Dawar's academy at nominal costs. Schools infrstructure is too good.
I talked to few teachers they were happy with the overall atmosphere of the school. Very rarely these days teachers are happy as they are paid less , but as the teacher indicated they are paid better as compared t other schools so dedication will be there.
its still early days for you guys .. move towards MG Road, NIBM , Kondhwa, Undri,.. all the best schools in pune will be there - Bishops , hutchings , vibgyor , st Mary etc.. Its better you travel for the work rather then compromise on kid's future. I did the same and i advice you do the same.. Let it be rental home. I have so many friends who did that and thats the only and best option rather then live outside city and put your kid in some education shops rather then school. ALl the names you gave except DPS are shops.
yea i agree with you....my office is in viman nagar but i stay in wanawadi...and applied in Hutchings.......i dont want to compromise on quality education....but willing to travel to work...even ifs 12km from my home
@SGAP, & @PPAA,
Can you pl let us knwo the curriculum PAWAR school follw? Is it CBSE or ICSE?
It is ICSE. Can someone please provide me the bus route if possible OR please let me know if the bus comes to ivory estate, Baner Road Pune.
Which school your child goes? what is your feedback on Orbis school and Podar Wagholi.
Did your kid get an admission in Hutchings?
What's your feedback?
I am looking for my son sr kg admission in PPS hinjewadi, can some one share there review/feedback?
Nirav1234 - did you get any views, have you visited school.
I did visit the school and infrastructure wise looks good, also it is CBSE school. They're still filling up classes. Understood that they've just 3 divisions for Sr KG with 30 intake each. May be there is not much turn around due to distance issue. Fees are also moderate 30K refundable deposit, 50K tuition fees excluding transport, books and uniform. I stay at Pimple Saudagar and was wondering whether distance is going to be too much of issue as i personally didn't want kids to travel far distance and that too in traffic. I'm thinking between Euro school wakad and PPS Hinjewadi. Euro school wakad goes bit expensive i.e. around 1 lac including transportation and uniform whereas PPS is bit economic and they've 30K refundable deposit instead of admission fees.
Please share your valuable thoughts.
Vicky88 - I am currently in chennai, so not able to visit the school. But based on feedbacks i have finalised the admission for my son in PPS hinjewadi. I am planning to stay @ wakad so distance should be fine for me. I will be visiting schools in april first week so aftet that i can comments more.
can anyone tell me the spoken English status of PPS? Do they throughout maintain English as a medium?
or suggest me some good school where children can speak good and fluent english.
My son is 2.5 yr old. He has not attended any play so far. We stay in hinjewadi.
Yes thats very valid point. I also heard that there are schools lilke Vikhe patil wherein primary mode of communication is not english.
i am a bit confused b/w PPS and Euro, i think Euro stands better than PPS but my main concern is communication.
anyone whose child has attended these schools , please help.
In Euro, they follow the International system, they wont take exams till 5th std.which personally i dont understnd.
How my child would handle the pressure from 6th std onwards.
This is just my thought. Both the schools are equally good but I'm not giving weitage to Euro because they are unreasonably charging higher fees. What international system do you refer here, there is no such thing in any schools in pune. PPS has good reviews and their fee structure is also reasonable and they've admission fee which is refundable which no schools provide. Most of the schools are money making, they charge Rs 500 just for forms, etc. I've seen similar scene with wisdom and blueridge earlier where parents paid high fees and some of them were then looking for changing schools as they were not happy with treatment and unreasonable demands.
PPS is also charging a huge amount 50k+30k soo that would be 80k and Euro is charging 60 k for jr kg(not too sure)
30 K is refundable deposit where as in Euro its 25k non refundable
in Euro they will be asking for money through out the year for various purpose. I took my son's admission to PPS for first std.
Let us know if any one else has taken admission in PPS.
Hi laxmikant, what you're saying is correct. Moreover Euro school fees goes to more than 1 lac (25K admission fee which is non refundable, 60K tuition fees, 6.5K uniform and books, transportation which is around 15K, etc.), are okay with distance of PPS hinjewadi and where do you stay?
I live near Aaditya Birla hospital, how about you ?
hi, for people who took admission in pawar public, how are you finding the school. We are considering moving from lexicon international. However, i have one parent in our complex who has both her kids in lexicon kalyaninagar, and she is happy
I am considering to admit my kid in PPS hinjewadi for STD 1 this year. Could you please share your phone number?
Would like to talk to you. Or could you please share your review?
I am relocating to pune and wanted to know about PPS school. My daughter would be going in standard 1. Can you please mail me (prateek.narula at gmail.com) or provide me with your phone no. thanks
I am planning to relocate to Pune, Hinjawadi. I want some feedback about PPSHinjawadi school. Could someone share their thoughts whose children are already going to this school? I have 2 children so one will be joining Jr. Kg and second one will be joining Gr. 2.
I would like to know how is the teaching staff and their skills, teaching method and extra curricular. Any feedback will be helpful. Thanks.
