Need advice

Hi I am a mom of 4 yrs mild autistic kid. I am planning to relocate to chennai from dubai. As I am already depressed of thinking about my kid future , I couldn't able to think what I need to do for him for a better future I am planning to put him in school also for KG1. Kindly advice me which schools are good for special kids and can we put shadow teacher for our kids ? Please help me :(
