Right time to start admissions for LKG

Hi,
My Kid is 2.2years now and planning him to join a school by 2022-2023 academic year.
1. Is it right to join him for Pre.K.G or LKG?
2. In Chennai, when the admission process starts?

Kindly help me to get the answer.

Suja12 Please don't join your kid before 3 years.Let the kid be 3 years old then u join in pre kg next year.That school also should be good school like poddar jumbo kids, Euro kids, kids zee.
