Receptive and expressive language delay

Hello everyone, this is regarding my daughter who is 2.5 months old. She has a difficulty in understanding things. She follows single step commands easily but 2 step commands she doesn€™t follow. She has around 80 words in her vocabulary but all of them are nouns. There are just few verbs. We are into speech therapy from 7 months but she doesn€™t like to participate more. It depends on her mood. Can anyone give me some tips on how to make her follow commands and help her join 2 words together? Many thanks
