hi everyone, my 2 year old daughter is not taking food properly and also she has reduced.5.kg she should be12 kgs but she is11.5 kg.iam very much worried tell me some healthy food tips to make her eat.
Have you spoken to her pediatrician and have they shown concern on her weight loss or is it just your mommy worry. If that is the case, then I would first try to feed her the easiest food...one that she likes most. For example, my son loves fruits. I would pick the one with maximum calories in that category: grapes...and make sure he gets plenty.
It could be something as simple as the heat or something that needs to be checked that could've reduced her appetite. I would suggest you make a note of what she has eaten for a few days and call up her pediatrician.
