My daughter is 2 and a half... and is not a fussy eater but not a big eater as well.
She will eat what we serve her... but may be not eat a huge portion.

Things that seem to work for us:

- Asking her what she wants to eat: Brocolli or Carrots?

- Having her play with dough while I make her parathan's she feels like she helped us... this generally makes her more excited about eating food.

- Having ehr ehlp out in grocery picking, then when I give her food, i tell her, remember you picked this one and so on

- Having a colorful plate and spoon set, serving her a variety, and above all.. she eats what we eat. This way, she is less picky.. and just gobbles when she sees her mom and dad

- Since she is not a big eater, we give her snacks in between meals, like Vegetable cutlets, fruits, sometimes crackers, cheese etc.

- Having a time set for food helps as well

If he eat dal-rice today again tommorrow he will not . Fruits  he totally refuses to eat . I tried differnt ways but no use. He does even touch any seasonal fruits like banana, apple chickoo. He likes dairy milk chocklate but if find dry fruits in it he will threw it out.
