how to prepare my son for show and tell activity in school

Hi

My son is 3+.  He is very shy. He knows everything like poems,songs,playing guitar. But he doesn't say anything in front of somebody. Even he doesn't say Hi Hello. but at home he is very active.  What should i do please tell me?
