Now iam one & half month pregnant, I know it is not safe to have pappaya friut but Is it safe to have banana, pine apple water-melon & chats at this time can any body suggest me.
The pomegranate is safe for sure. I had banana, apple, chikku, sweetlime.
Guava, grapes, orange, water-melon etc. are summer fruits. If taken in the night or in winter, they may cause a cold (I don't have that problem personally).
I made it a point ot have 3/4 varieties of fruits daily.
Raw (green, not the ripe fruit) mango is safe and many find it helpful for morning-sickness.

Hi I was told not to eat papaya and pineapple and at all and no to eat too much mango because it gives out a lot of heat.
