Which is a better choice - Singhania School or Hiranandani Foundation?

sorry i am not helping you with your query but instead expecting you to help with my query.

your letter caught my attention as your son got through Singhania in std 2nd. what was the procedure of admission. and is it really so tough as a heard frm people. and one more query does Hiranandani school give admission to people staying outside their complex.

Actually we are shifting to THane in August. and my son studies in std 1.are there any chances of my son getting admission in Hiranandani if i take a flat on rent in Hiranandani estate. although we are planning to stay in Lodha paradise.

please Rajesh any kind of information would be of immense help.

I am in exact same position that you were one year back....I am relocating from US to Thane in Dec 2011

Were you able to figure out if renting apartment in Hiranandani will help getting an admission in the Hiranandani Foundation School?

Also, please share your experince if possible. Any kind of information would be of immense help

Well when we had enquired in the school about a year back,the school authorities had told us that even after renting an apartment we cannot get admission there.we need to own a flat there. but over the year i have met few kids aho are studying there but are not even residents of hiranandani.

so i believe every year acc to the seats availability they do take other students on the basis of tests etc. please check it out. u can go to their website or if u are in India better to go personally and have a word with them.

Just happened to go through this thread right now . Like you we will be relocating from US to Thane ,in Otcober 2012 .Did you get your child admitted ?If so which school and how hard was the admission process.My daughter will be five in September this year ,so i asuume she should go to Sr KG this year , any chnace of getting admission in mid term.Your experience and input will be highly appreaciated.
