Tridha School - Admissions process

I would like to invite parents who have attempted to get their children admitted to Tridha, or already have kids there, to share their experience of the school administration. Our child was accepted but we refused to pay the Rs 2 lakh bribe demanded by the school management. Others who did pay faced were not given a receipt, and when they raised questions, were told categorically that the child's admission was cancelled?
Have never been asked for any kind of donation.... Just the usual fees needed to be paid to book the seat...
Hi Maggs14. If your child was admitted while the school was still in vile parle you would not have been charged for the building fund as this is a relatively recent policy. Even if ur child was admitted in the new building in jogeshwari east, for kids at the entry level that is nursery, the donation of 2 lakhs is incorporated in the aadmission fees as its a one-time payment. This was told to us Ms Ruth one of the trustees who met us, as the reason why kids entering in 5th Std would have to pay the charge separately. They even took signed letters from parents who paid, stating that they were paying of their own volition and not being forced. You can ask Larissa the admissions in charge since it happened last year ie 2014. Fortunately we have it on record since we videotaped our entire meeting. If anyone would like to see it please contact me. We have not taken any steps as yet to put it out to authorities as it would jeopardise students in that school.
hi, may i know how much is the regular fee, minus 2lakh rupee donation, it is very confusing as the comments and experiences are different here when it come to this particular school, i would love my dyslexic child study the Streiner method but yet paying forcful donation is against my belief too.
