Please let me know where is Little Company exactly located. I have 3 years old daughter and we are staying in Thane (W) , near Eastern Express highway. My ofice is in Powa(Hiranandani). Can you please provide me more information on Little Company, their facilties, and how far is that from Powai ?

Little Company is based out of Godrej Hillside Colony on LBS Marg almost opposite the Accenture gate in Vikhroli (W). If you are coming to Powai from Thane, you can take the Kanjurmarg link road from E.Exp highway to LBS and drop and pick your daughter on the way.

Evening timings can be an issue since they are open till only 7 pm so you will have to necessarily move out of office by 6.30 pm. In the mornings, they are open from 8.30 am. Full day cost is Rs.12,500/-. If the cost and timings suit you well, this is the best place to leave your child. People are extremely warm, enthusiastic and open here - exactly the kind of place you'd like your child to be in. Plus, the service (read: behavior of maids) is very standardized so you won't have to worry about it.

I have visited at least 7-8 daycares in this vicinity and tried 3 (including Vivero) and I think this is the best of them.

Just one more query, since my daughter is going be 3, she will be in nursery, so are there any arrangements or can I send my kid to school like nursery or upper classes in the godrej complex only. Do they provide any arrangements for that ?

I have seen couple of kids there who come from their school to little company to stay there for the 2nd half (they have half day programs also). As far as I know these kids are mostly picked up by their personal drivers and dropped at the daycare. However, I have heard from others that they pick up kids at the bus stop when they come from school. I think you should visit this facility once and talk to them about these requirements. I am sure they can work it out.

Thanks Amishra. I will talk to them about transport. BTW, they do have a good school - Godrej school and I have heard of some working parents whose kids are in daycares and later from their they go to the Godrej school in the compound only. But I need to talk of the admission formalities etc.

I stay in New Mumbai and my ofc is in Hiranandani powai. I would like to keep my son (post-school) in a day care in powai nearby my ofc. Is there any good day care around? Will anybody recommend me? My son is 3 yrs 2 mnths old.

I will be keeping him in day care for the first time as till my in-laws or parents used to take care of him. I donno what do they do in day care? Just cares or teaches them or play certain games or any activities. Please let me know.

hi..my kiddo was in kangaroo kids for pre-school and overall my experience was not so good..then i shifted to brainworks at raheha nest (lakehomes) and i must say that though they are realtively new but the amount of attention they give to individual kids is just amazing..the number of activities/celebrations they have are innumerous and i have seen trmendous growth in my kid. Especially when it comes to talking, rhymes, dances, music, i can see marked change in my kid..

Would anytime recommend brainworks for pre-schooling and day care..

brainwork started with good service now they are bad.. they throw the food given by parents into the dustbin and then they say the kids are not eating we will give our food,,, they keep telling a lot of lies and we think our kids are fed. all the time the kids are kept in front of the TV no hygien and very small dark place.

i am looking for a new day care now :(

pls dont trust the people in brainwork...kids are not fed there ... they are just bluffing.
