Guidance for 6 years Kid

Any one please suggest for Guidance for 6 years kid (like Activities books, Knowledge to Share, Sports to encourage etc...). My son have interest on Art ,good in creativity  Arts, Activities works , Math activites etc...looking for details to motivate his interests.

Another query is that how to have kids to be express their thoughts in confident . My Kid is soft spoken and does not express his thoughts unless we parent ask what he needs. Also looks he is getting scared if someone speaks louders and approach him even little hard... how to motive him and get himself confident and brave!! Any one suggestion would be of great help!!
