Brain Development and Speech Issue for 5 Yrs Kid

Hi All,

I writing here to get any help on my nephew case. He is turning 6 yrs by this May-2018 but still he is not able to communicate properly.  Only few words he is able speak and those words also only with parents. But he understand and does whatever we say. 

He wont mingle with new people and will be silent and dull if we take him to any relatives home and our main concern about his speech.

Please suggest if any hospitals are available in bangalore to get treatment to my nephew as its very helpful for me. Thankyou.
