Awareness of Physical development in kids

I am a mother of 8 year old boy. I want to know how to share with him about the difference in body development of girl and boy. And how much to share at this age. I am keen on addressing his questions so that he gets right info and doesnt go on to find different and wrong means to exploring.

Please advise.
