Abacus or Vedic Mathematics

I have aduaghter 6yrs old and i am unable to decide weather Abacus is a better tool or vedic maths to enhance her mathematical abilites

Kindly let me have your inputs also if anyone knows of any classes around dahisar & borivali for vedic maths
