refused to take food

refuse to take food is very open statement. please clarify.

if he is not eating at all for couple of days, you need to consult a doctor immediately. if he is being choosy in what he eats, you need another approach. if he looks sad and eats very less, you need another approach. if he is eating outside without telling you and not eating at home..please elaborate.

My son looks tired  and eats very less.all the time wants to play.telling vomiting sensation in the morning after taking breakfast.

how long has this been there? he is 11 years old now. has he always eaten like this? or is this a new symptom? since he complains of nausea, have you taken him to doctor?

No I have not taken him to any doctor,because he is very active.no complaint other not taking food.4 or 5 months it is happening.

i suggest you take him to doctor first and rule out any abdominal distress.
