how to handle problem???

Hi All,

Please help me in cracking a problem which I'm facing since a long time.

If my child learn something wrong in first time that get registered in his mind  and even if you keep correcting it he will say the same old wrong thing.B'z of this he is facing problem in academic as well behaviour.  

Pl. send suggestion to overcome tjis problem.
