slow learner school-reg

my son is having the problem of slow learner and as of know he is studying in matriculation shcool of 7th std and he has been pull out for the last term and gone for special education like basic maths,science etc and now he maths upto the level of 5 and science conepts upto level of 6th.We dont want to put him once again in matriculation where he is struggling to understand the concept. Due to this he could not able to write in the school. As he has  been taken pull out for the last 3 month we are observing that lot of changes and now he understand the concept but the thing is since it is not a full time and maximum time he is playing.We want to put him school where he should be taken care with little student. pl guide us and we are searching the school but we are not getting any school where student and teacher ratio is very less and we are staying near tiruvanmayur. can anyone pl guide us
