hello Radhika garu

Sanskriti is a up coming schoo, when i talk to the school people it looks ok. The fee is for lkg looks like 20000 adm fee and 45k tutionfee, 6k mislenous, 10k minimum bus fee. If it is affordable and if it is near to you, you can join.

My suggestion is for LKG this much money is not required, if it is comfortaly affordable by you you can join else, we can look for more options. And once you please go to school and talk with them and then decide.

Hello Radhika,

I know a person whose son s studying in 2nd std in that school. He s quite happy abt the school, but he s not member of PT.

But as gkr101 suggested if u r ok with fee structure then try out this school.

I have done lot of survey for my kid admission into Nursery(for this june) and my constarints were i wanted montessori + activity based learning at the same time i am not able to afford the international standard fees..I came across "SAHAJA kids" in madhapur it s new school but i liked their way of teaching and maagement is quite approachable.I spoke to few of the parents and they r quite happy, i am now planning to put my kid their for initial 3 years(nursery, PP1 and pp2) and think of bigger schools later.

As per my views at this age the kids are quite small and they require personal attention to greater extent, i doubt in bigger schools where the strength will be somewhere 30 how much this will be possible...anyways this is my personal view..u can decide as per u r convienence..

Regards,

Preethi

Hi Preethi,

My kid is in UKG now.

I agree with you views, that is also one of the reasons we are planning to shift my kid from St.Andrews to Sankriti. Actually I wanted to interact with the parents directly but i could not make it out.

Actually sanskriti school management mentioned that ...Chess,Music,Art and Craft etc are part of the academics....I would like to know how far it is true from the parents. Please if you know anything on this ,please let me know asap.

I would like to inform the parents that the Admission fee (20,000) is negotiable in Sanskriti.

Thanks and  Regards,

Sujatha

Hi all,

Yes i have been to the school and spoke to the mgmt...very impressed with them..actually the class strength is not more than 20.and every class is being trained with many activities like music ,art, dance, skating.and for higher class they also train keyboard, tabla, violin etc..(as told by mgmt).i have also seen separate rooms furnished for these activities specially...
Also the way of teaching and their approach towards the kid was impressive...
Yes the fee is bit high  compared to other schools...But here the school is till 3:30 and food is also provided by the school. As oer my  estimation total fee for LKG(tution fee+adm fee+tranprt+books+dress) came  around 80K.Where 20K is adm fee(negotiable).I felt 80K including all these is worth when compared to schools which have 40K+transportation  and till 12:30 and without food..This is far better compared to others....

SO finally decided to put my kid in Sanskriti this year....and using Little Einsteins Day care (where she is already going to)..

Thanks all  for ur replies.....Hope my reply helps you too...

Also to mention..the school has till 7th std only now..every year they are increasing one class..so not biggg school as of now...but as our kid grows..school will also grow...so no probs i think.....

Even i was seeing for a school which doesn't have much strength..(was exactly thinking like Preeti). But totally convinced with Sanskriti...

Hi All,

I just wanted to know What is Sanskriti's assessment ?

Are they  following Formative and Summative ?

Are they  giving the work sheets after every lesson?

Is it CCE  are any worksheets /projects  given to home? Which series(Text books)  are they  following for the subjects?

Are the teachers experienced and well qualified?

If the child is unable to do any worksheets , how are they going to help her out?

Please if anybody is having idea...please post your answers..

Thanks.

Thanks Radhika..

Please also ask about...did they do anual day celebrations ? like dramas.....any concepts.......because as its having less strength now....it can do good activities like these ...these type of activities can help the kids to overcome fear  and get lot of  confidence and they can overcome stage fear........

And also they don't have a library as of now I believe.....please check once and I feel if they can provide a small library also it will good for kids .....

I am also planning to meet them once again in couple of weeks.

Please take my mail id ...so that we can be in touch ...

Thanks,

Guys,

I justg went to Sanskiti kondapu campus (near GEM MAruti workshop, Tulip estates)and found it deserted. I have no idea whats going on. The school premises had a honey comb hanging, creepy look. No play ground in sight.

Someone please adice, if this campus is operational or ended up in wrong place.

Thanks,

Ashish

RadhikaD 2011-11-21 18:00:27

Hi Ashish,

You might have gone to the old building which is no longer in use....they have shifted to a new one a couple of months bak..this new building is also very near to the old one...its the dead end of the first lane..if u visit during school hours..u can find school buses before the school premises..

rchava 2012-04-01 04:16:03

Hi Radhika,

I am looking for admission at Sanskriti school for my kids next year (2013-14) for UKG and 2nd grade. We are moving to Hyd from US next year in May and interested in knowing more about this school. I am looking for school that gives smooth transition to my kids to indian school system and at the same time I am not planning to put them in very expensive international schools.

It would be very helpful for me in deciding the school if you let me know your experiences.

- what is the class strength for 2nd grade and UKG classes?

- Are they really encouraging the kids to participate in extra-curricular activities as they mentioned in their website?

- how is parent teacher interaction? are the teachers good in giving feedback on what the kids are doing at school?

- If I decide later in the higher grades to move to tranditional indian schools  , will the kids be able to co-up with the pressure there?

Thanks for your time.

Other parents whose kids are at Sanskriti, Can you please provide feedback on the school?

Thanks,

Rama

rchava 2012-04-02 06:14:40

Sammi, thanks for your valuble information. When do they open the admissions for next year? As per the class strength you mentioned, looks like getting admission there is easy. Do they conduct any admission test for 2nd grade?

Hi all...:)

Troubling with same Questions ...we visited sanskriti,Kondapur ,Golden tulip estates on Saturday this week end(10/11/12).Actually its a holiday on every Saturday..but we got Sailaja Madam...Teaching staff of the school....School campus is calm....upcoming n developing school...I think....Kids will get more attention in such schools......:)

Coming to fees structure...costs around around 70K approx per annum(excluding Admission fees).Just a 500/- alteration for 1st n 4th std ...CBSE curriculum...all activity...No lunch fees again...(the fees includes Lunch).

Offcourse the transport charges alter...to KPHB area like ~15K/kid annually...

Very silent atmosphere ....spacious rooms...:) I m satisfied...Once to meet the principal and confirm finally..for 2013-2014.

As we got 2 kids...planning for both in one place....

The timings are 8.45-3.30 (breakfast+lunch+evening snacks)

Residential area too around now...can get rent ..if possible..to avoid transportation like me....(search has to be on..:))

They said 2013's academic schedule initiate in March 2013 for 1st term.....

Fees details may alter I think..as she said ..bcoz of hikes in petrol, diesel and electricity...

This is all I got till now...UPDATE you once confirmed....:)

Think...as a mother u knew best abt ur kid/s....:) gud luck....:)

Hi all,

My child studies in Sanskriti (Kondapur)  and I am happy with the school.

I just want to clarify that I am paying 70 - 75 per annum for my child who is in 3rd std. I believe the fee for LKG is lot less as it is only for half a day. Pls do find out the exact fee for LKG. You can contact the school regarding the fee either on phone or on mail.

ph - 040-32418547 and mail Id  is sanakriti.edu1@gmail.com

And yes my child goes to all the activities mentioned in this thread.
