I have visited following schools for admission of my kid into PP2 and below are my observations. In addition to these I have also consulted and done research on several schools nearby Gachibowli ...I have added my feedback on those well. Parentree helped me a lot, just returning the favor back to other parents :-)
1. Open Minds - Infra structure is good, curriculum includes everything - CBSE, Cambridge etc. Well planned syllabus. Parent-teacher ratio - 1:24. Teacher and helper for each class till grade 2. Equal importance to extra curricular activities - Skating, Music, Dance, Yoga, Karate, Arts and craft, Sports, Theatre, Gardening. Overall strength 900. Spacious class rooms and ground. Class rooms dont have AC but provide AC buses. Counsellor is informative and answered all questions well.
Reg Fee - 1K, Caution deposit - 5K, Tuition fee - 150K, Food - 33K(Snacks to be brought by kids), Transport - 36K(0-12KM), 40.5K(12-17), 45K(> 17KM). Can add addl 10K for every class. Year on year fee increase is 10%-15%. Books incl in fee structure. Uniform shd be bought separately may be addl 10K.
2. Samashti - Infra structure is good, curriculum is CBSE based. Well planned syllabus and diet. Parent-teacher ratio - 1:25. Teacher and helper for each class till grade 2. Equal importance to extra curricular activities - Skating, Music, Singing, Dance, Yoga, Karate, Arts and craft, Sports, Theatre. Overall strength 800. Spacious class rooms and ground. Class rooms have AC, provide AC buses.
Reg Fee - 500, Caution deposit - 10K, Tuition fee - 95K, Food - 20K(Snacks to be brought by kids), Transport - 25K(0-10KM), 28K(10-18), 31K(18-25KM), 35K(>25KM). Can add addl 5K for every class. Year on year fee increase is 10%. Books and Uniform shd be bought separately may be addl 15K. Counsellor is informative and answered all questions well.
3. Sanskriti - Infra structure is just okay, curriculum is CBSE based. Well planned syllabus and diet. Parent-teacher ratio - 1:35. Importance to academics as whole, only 1hr for extra curricular activities - Music, Dance, Arts and craft, Sports, Gardening. Overall strength 1500. Okay class rooms and small ground. Class rooms dont have AC but provide AC buses.
Annual Fee - 28K, Stationery - 8K, Tuition fee - 84K, Activity - 3K, Security - 20K, Transport - 20K(0-3KM), 23K(3-6), 33K(6-10KM), 40K(>10KM). Can add addl 10K for every class. Uniform shd be bought separately may be addl 5K. Counsellor is informative but very very arrogant, she may be watching too many telugu movies trying to give punch dialogues to parents seeking questions. :-)

Sentia - Academics and activity based but unlike Samashti/Open Minds. Fees is around 100K.
Oakridge/Sancta Maria - Heard very very good but they are just way out of my reach - > 4.5L per annum.
Shriram/Gaudium - same as Samashti/Open minds but very expensive lot.
Chirec/DPS seems to have become more money minded , still reviews are swaying - some parents are happy and some are not.

After so much deliberation past 1 month, we finally decided and admitted our kid to the school. Hope it all goes well.

Thanks for reading my post.
