Hi Sarang,

My son goes to Sentia in UKG (started 2 months back) and he likes to go to school everyday.

Beyond that, you will have to ask specifics :)

Regards,

- Vipul

Hi Dipu, Sentia's fees was around 55K last year excluding transport.

Look for its reviews in this forum by using parentree's search engine.

Hi Vipul,

I stay in miyapur and would like to change my daughter from Acedemic Heights to Sentia for class LKG. Can you please clarify below questions as your child is going for last 9 months so there

1. Class teacher pay personal attention to child?
2. How you feel about your child's overall progress in Sentia.., like communication , behaviour etc?
3.They focus on only acedemics or extra-curr activities as well?
4. Your overall opinion about sentia for pre-primary
Also, when i visited last week i saw under construction building.

I will be very happy if you answer these questions.

Thanks a lot in advance

Hi,

I am new to parentree. I am interested to know good school for my 4 yrs girl near jubliee hills area.

Can anyone help me?

Alka

mickey 2011-05-16 18:45:07

 Hi Alka,
Do u want to prefer regular schools or Pre-primary schools ?? In most of the leading schools, admissions are closed for LKG.

LKG admissions were over by Jan'11 / Feb'11. The forms for LKG  were given in Oct/Nov/Dec'10.

You could as such try in BVB-Atmakuri (on road no 45) Jubilee Hills and try your luck. I have heard good about Manipal Hillside Academy too. One of my friends had almost finalized admission  in this school but dropped at the last time as they were relocating.

www.manipalhillside.com

You can also try in Kidzee, Kangaroo Kids, EuroKids and Bachpan preschool chains too.

Regards,
Mickey

I will prefer regular school. So i don't have to change the school till 10th or so.

I will check out your suggestions. thanks for help

hello sarang,

my friends relative goes to this school and n they are not satisfied with it,

They say that the teachers do not give full attention to the kids and the teachers are partial too...

Also if the child complains to the teacher about anything his views are not considered important and the teacher takes side of the kid towards whom she is partial..

i dnt think any parent would like to put their kid in such a school so plz think bfore

its quite good 4 children in lowere classes like till 5th or so...

hope this will b helpful to u

u can try out schools like sreenidhi, oakridge, etc

Hi Mickey, i have taken admission for my daughter in kidzee. Thanks for your help

swethadinesh 2011-09-27 21:23:48

We are very satisfied with the school.  We have both our sons going to this school - one in Std III and other one UKG.  This is the second year in succession that the children are going to this school.  There has not been a single day when the children refused to go to school.  The teaching method is also quite good and teachers seem to be well qualified for the job. Children are encouraged to participate in multiple extra curricular activities, providing all round development for the child.

While the school is very good in organising social functions, they need to improve on the time management. One other things that need improvement is the approach to the road, especially during rainy season.

We do not contemplate changing the school for our children till we are in Hyderabad.

 Hello,

Does any one know why admission fees is 0 here as other schools are way to high.

to good to be true?

I have heard that Sentia will be renamed to X-Seed. It may not have connection with Eurokids in future.

Why is it happening? Will it have any negative impact?

I am considering this school to put my daughter in PP1

MHyd 2011-12-23 11:46:17

Parents of children studying in Sentia or anybody else could you reply to this.

srij26 2011-12-23 14:31:46

I have checked with them on rename of the school they said no change in school name. Also I had meeting with Principal on the 0 donation and other things.

There policy is such like they dont take any donation or fund whatever we call.

MHyd 2011-12-23 14:39:24

srij26, Thanks for your reply. We may also visit them tomorrow. Will post the discussion details.

I have already put my daughter in Sentia for PP-1. Await more feedbacks on the school from the parents of the students in this school.

How are the extra curricular activities for PP? How are communication skills?

Badam 2012-02-23 09:11:55

I heared about Sentia is giving importance to only Fee not in actual responsibilities..like academic and activities..Try Vikas, Oakridge, Silver Oks

vizzi13 2012-02-24 11:38:24

hi,

my kid is 2nd class in sentia, she is doing well.but i have 50-50 views regarding sentia.yes...many people are willing to join bcuse of the infrastructure,playground...etc.as far as studies are concerned,a little more pressure on the kids as well as on parents.activites like games ,yoga, drawing, cultural programs are fine.i think the teachers should explain a little more abut the lessons in the class.communication is good.they are doing a lot of revision before the exams, which is again good.homeworks...are somewhat more for the kids

vizzi13 2012-02-24 11:40:29

hi,mickey

can u please any information regarding actvities like dance, drawingetc in miyapur area?

Oskar77721 2012-02-26 21:19:36

I completly disagree with all the negative mentioned above, the management is very good, both my kids are very happy. They took time adjusting as we shifted from US last year, but are doing very well now.As to the management i heard, it is better than other schools like vikas, and silver oaks in responding.Teachers have good communication skills. As to the comment from arati1 , sorry but i beg to defer ,they charge resonable fees as compared to other schools and are performing better. They listen to problems which are resonable not absured.
