I am looking at schools near Gachibowli and willing to travel even 15kms if the school is ok.

You can try in Sreenidhi International school. One of my friends who  is a special educator works in this school. Two months back, I enquired regarding a child diagnosed with PDD NOS. There is no separate batch for  special children. THe special educators in the class give extra care to such children and help them to cope up so that there will be no differentiation. However  as it is an  International school , the fee will be on the higher side.

You can also try in Pranava. I don't know anybody personally from this school but have read their ad about taking special children too. U can also try in Prerna waldorf school at Gachibowli.

I spoke to Prerna school. They have special educators and will take care of her. She will also be able to mingle with other kids . You too can call up the school and find out the details. It  is in Gachibowli. You will get the numbers from website.

Hi everyone,

My 2 and half year old son( speech delayed) has also been diagnosed with PDD NOS in Canada. Please suggest if we can get treatments in Indiaas we are planning to come to India. We have been going thru lot of mental stress since the diagnosis.

My name is Venkat and I am currently based in SEATTLE, USA. I work at Microsoft Corporation in the US and am planning to relocate with my family to Hyderabad this year – actually in the next few months. I will be working for Microsoft in Hyderabad and plan to be living in HiTech city. I have a 5.75 year old daughter (DOB: 04/30/2007)  who was diagnosed with PDDNOS (Expressive Speech Delay). She is currently undergoing extensive Speech and ABA therapy here in Seattle (20 hours/week).

We would appreciate if you can help provide guidance and let us know if there are schools where we can place my daughter and where can she can continue to make progress in speech and social communication.
