Right Time to start looking for Admissions for 2017-18

Hi,


This is my ideal first post in this forum. I have gone through many of the school reviews and appreciate everyone here to voice out which helps to decide and opt for better choices.

Now, I have a daughter who is presently in Nursery with Esperanza and she is doing very good there. But, I heard that she has undergo entrance if I opt to move at Grade1. Hence planning to move to a proper school by next academic year. Can someone suggest good time to start looking around for schools. I don't want to undergo stress of entrance/interviews and all for little kids.

Also, please provide feedback on Future Kids School.

Hi all.

Iam also sailing in the same boat we are currently in USA and returning to India in dec this year. We have two kids one is currently in grade two and other will be 3 years in Jan 2017. We are looking for admissions for class 3 and pp1 in Hyderabad schools. Can somebody please share admission time and procedure for 
1. Dps Gachibowli
2. Fks  Nanakramguda
3. Kennedy high global in bachupally.
 And I would also want to know any good icse schools around Tolichowk. Any input is well appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hi,

   IF around Towlichowki, check with International School. One of my neighbours send their daughter to this school. They are ok with this school. Am not sure of the facilities, though. All the best.

Hi,

My son is 3.3 years old ( DOB: 21-04-2013)  and he is studying nursery in Eurokids.
I am looking for admissions into lkg for the year 2017-18.
Most of the CBSE schools like Bhavans, JHPS etc are considering kids with 3 to 4 years of age for LKG
and even ICSE schools like HPS begumper are taking kids of age 3 to 4 years as of 31st May 2017.

My son's age will be 4.1 on 31st May 2017.

Can anyone in the group please suggest me the schools where my kid can get admission into LKG for his age?

Hi Indu,
Your son is eligible for  next year admission  in JHPS  -LKG 
agee for Admissions in JHPS: 

  • • LKG : 3 years and above
  • • UKG : 4 years and above

The age is reckoned as on 31st March of the year of admission

My daughter is 4 yrs old and I am contemplating a change of school in the next academic year. I stay neat Yousufguda (close to Ameerpet). I am currently inclined toward Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavan but also want to know my options. Any information on schools around is much appreciated.

Hello, You can try in Reqelford international school@ Rampally They have branches in Habisguda and mahendra hills.My friends son joined in PP2@ 5 yrs of age.The school is good with good infra structure and playground. Stress free environment. However the fee structure seems a bit high.just check once if you find it good then go head.

Hi Ashu I ,too have my friend's kids in St Peter's Public School. After speaking to her I would like to provide you with additional info about the school. The strength of the class is between 25-28 in higher classes whereas upto class 2 it is upto 25. I was happy to know that this school has resource teachers who actually help children. She has put her kids in the school exclusively because of cricket coaching . She is happy as her child is doing well in academics as well as in sports. If you need further help let me know

DPS gachibowli is very good but don't know much about future kids. Kennedy global can be ruled out.
