Dear All,
Please suggest good school in Manikonda and Puppalguda area, CBSE, State syllabus, or Techno curriculum also fine.

I am looking for class-1 and class-4 admission for my both daughters. To give 2 cents of mine...I have visited below schools and my feedback and experience is as below.

Sri Gayatri Techno School: fee is reasonable but congested building, just on the road side. Staff is not that great but Principal madam is good and seems she is capable.

Scholars: I spoke with principal and his wife as well, somehow didn't convinced with them. school is outskirts, no security, not a good option for primary kids.

DSE (Delhi School of Excellence): Again apartment converted into school building, fee is bit high. did not consider.

Mount Litera Zee School: Fee is way high, crossing 1 lakh.. my god. school ground is big but as per the feedback from existing parents higher classes education is not good it seems. by paying huge amount who will invite troubles ;-)

Sri Chaitanya Techno Schools: Spoke with principal last week, this is new school in manikonda. this year 2016-17 they are starting with state syllabus. fee is light on pocket after some discount :-) but need to how the education will be. though Chaitanya group has good name in the market, we will have to wait and see.

Kidzee: They are starting class-1 this year but their pre-school is not good. full of time pass only no education at all. My daughter studied their. don't consider this one.

Dear parents, please add your experiences so that some other parents will be benefited.

Mount Litera Zee School is really good. My son studies in Hayatnagar Branch.
He is studying in II standard. Not sure how you mentioned fees is high.
When I compare with DPS and other schools fees is ok for Zee school
I am paying 30000+ thousand per annum and 20000 on transport.

OMG...The Fee for 2nd Grade in MLZS Manikonda is 59K for 2016-17. It means Manikonda school is fleecing a lot and hence the fee is high. There is no comparison between MLZS and DPS in any aspects, except the Fee. The academics are also not great....just average on par with any local schools.

Hi

MLZS Manikonda, have recently hiked fees for all section  from PP1 to  Higher class.  The hike in fees are different for all the class and is non uniform.
The Hike is in Food , Transport and even on Academic Fees.
Average fee hike was near to 5 to 10 %, but for junior section it is more  say 10 to 15%.
As a parents we are expecting the school to justify the hike cause MLZS now falls under CBSE affiliation ( received last year in 2016 ), and as per CBSE norms - â€¢ Rule 11.3 “The unaided schools should consult parents through parents representatives before revising the fees. The fee should not be revised during the mid session.â€.
-
So we expect that MLZS must have consulted Parents and they have a Parents Representatives for these kind of decision.

About the Play ground in MLZS - things have changed in last 2 years - as Half of the ground is given to a private club -  "Manikonda Club" for Commercial Purpose, swimming pool, badminton court were built, but the major benefit is not given to school kids.
I see more of commercialization with the recent popularity of the school.

Regards
Gaurav

i dint get good opinion too on MLZS. I have heard Hayathnagar branch is good, Pls note that schools like Kidzee, EuroKids, MLZS are franchises and purely basis on the respective branch management.

Tejas0307 and others Please don't compare with MLZS with DPS. There is no comparison between MLZS and DPS in any aspects, except the Fee. The academics are also not great....just average on par with any local schools. Even they offer 50% discount also I will not consider MLZS Manikonda. Fee might be low at Hayathnagar but here in Manikonda it is very high.

Hi,
I am in the parent association as such there was no information taken from the association.
They are making it more commercial use.As still there is no proper information from which grade the outdoor activities done.
As per CBSE norms the fee hike should not be more than 7%.No body in the school management have proper information..
