This is just for the sake of all parents who are seriously searching for Good Schools in Hyderabad and are confused and in dilemma.
We were in the same situation before we joined our 2 kids in Shriram Montessori. We have visited many schools to check and have finally joined my 2 kids( 8 Yrs & 3 Yrs) in Shriram Montessori.
The school follows Montessori from Toddler to Elementary and follows ICSE after. It is only after a visit to school you'll KNOW what-is-what and never judge without visiting. And parents, before you visit, do some home-work on the Montessori method. When you visit the school, you can clear your doubts. Also, talk to children there, I'll bet you be surprised!
If you want more details on the method I can help. You can visit their website here: http://shrirammontessori.com
FYI: I just want other parents know this as I am happy with the school and want to help others. If you are thinking about the fees, I can say it's reasonable, much lesser than other big schools.
If anybody have questions, ask me here.
what are the fees of this school per annum for primary and senior section ?
Hi - I want to know if there are seats available in 4th and 7th class, any idea? Thanks for your help.
Thanks for sharing info...
I am in the process of looking a gud school for my 2 y old son...
Am too for Montessori system, will visit the school soon personally for more understanding
I have visited Sriram Montessori school... It is a good school in terms of Montessori material.. teachers are good.. Head Mistress will explain you everything about the sriram montessori and methodology in no hurry...
Parents should visit the school first before deciding...
They have a reasonably good fee structure. Please call them here to know or better have a school tour: Phone Number: +91 40 2355 1102 Or +91 99637 88887

Pragnya Montessori looks good as compare to Sriram
i would like to know which is best pagathicentral school or pragnaymontesorri school
we live at kukatpally,i want to join my son to grade 1 iam searching for a school with pocketfriendly and good teaching methodololgy
and also near to my area ,
do u know fee structure of pragnay
I am certainly not comparing schools. As a parent, I/we have visited many schools before coming to a conclusion. Also, it is not the 'Look' was saw on schools. Also not the BRAND-name. We just visited schools, spoke to teachers, children and spent some time at school. We've even visited twice/thrice to some schools, just to make sure we aren't wrong/correct. I/we feel, that is how we can really understand/know any school. But it is not easy though.
Sri ram is a good Montessori school... Only problem with that school is high decibal sounds of rock cutting from adjacent plot on which construction is going on..and it will continue at least for another 6 months...... Also speaking just one time with teachers could not solve the purpose as first time everybody pretends to be very ideal in teaching methodologies.... though it look very awkward but we both spent 3-4 mornings with parents just outside the schools to take feedback.....
Pragnya quoted below:
Admission Fees: 40k one time
Tution Fees: 48K per annum
Transport: 23k if distance is above 6KM
Sriram quoted below:
Admission Fees: 40k one time
Security Fees: 10k one time
Yearly fees: 19k you need to pay this every year .
monthly fees: 4.5k
Transport : i forgot... i believe it was 18k
Yea, you are right, speaking just one time with teachers doesn't solve the purpose, and that's why we've re-visited many times, many schools. I said the same in my previous message. And yes, parent opinion also helped us a lot. Not easy though. But we had no options.
I see that, in any Montessori, Valid-Trained teacher(s) is one important thing we must check. Can't rely on in-house-trained-fresher teachers.
i visited shriram montessori after reading ur review, the principal walked me through all the classes.. Very impressed by the way the kids were learning..but how r the kids evaluated since they say they dont conduct any tests? I mean how do we know the progress they do? Also as parents is anything expected from us? Will there be no home work even for the older kids?...
Did any one interact with higher class students like 8th or 9th and checked if they are able to cope up?? My only concern is in india we r used to exams montessori is good but if the kids have knowledge and are not able to compete with others after schooling?? What would be the situation?
As per my info, shriram montessori school conduct tests and evaluate kids from 2nd standard onwards .
Can you please guide me which is the best montessori school for my 6yr old kid near uppal area....we are planning to take admission in KV uppal or HPS ramanthapur....but after seeing all these positive reviews I think I should go for Montessori educational system....please guide me friends..............
It seems Shriram montessori currently has only upto class 7. They are expanding one class every year.
sudhirrd, I would like to know more about Shriram montessori school. I personally visited it once and looked around their infra. I didn interact with Parents or the Students. What are the extra curricular activities that they have? Do they have continuous assessments? if so from which class?
Did you further get any inputs on Montessori methodology & School from anyone about this? If so please share them with me.
I also have the same questions that you have and am looking for I Class admissions for my kid for 2016-2017.
What are the fees ? for Shriram and Taraporewalla's Montessori schools and does both have till 10th Class?
Does these schools have playgrounds?
Sudhir are your children still studying the same school..... Are you and your kids happy?
Hi sudhir your review is helpful.we are visiting the school next week for joining my son to 1st class. As its been a year your kids joined can u tell how is academics and other activities. My son is studying in time kids which is not Montessori . will they accept non Montessori background kids.
Great efforts Priya.can u tell me the feedback you got from parents
You definitely enthused a lot of us here. I am seeking admission for my daughter into Kindergarten now for the year 2015-16. Taraporewalla's is definitely on my radar now, after reading up posts this thread. Parents who have visited the campus recently, could you please share the feedback and fee details.
Hi Sarita we visited the campus which is a huge bungalow. As if now they are running classes till 7th in the sane building.however from next year a new building is in making from 2nd class.Sarita we visited both taraporewala(banjara hills) and sriram and I'm more impressed with sriram.they hav a clear view and confidence to shine the kids. As my son is 5 yrs old and was from traditional school he is asked to put into primary level and teacher is very confident to push him.as ur planning to join kg.this is the right time I feel
Is Shriram Montessori located in Jubilee Hills? How is the admission procedure and fee structure like? Do they have transport facility? And more importantly, do they have a playground? I intend to visit the school too, next week.
I have visited Shriram Montessori and found it really nice. I found it strange when they asked for a 10k fee towards new building fund. I am a bit confused as to how they would integrate Montessori with ICSE. I would be visiting them again to interact with parents of kids in higher grades.
Has anyone visited Anthea Montessori at Jubilee Hills? Would really appreciate feedback on this school.
I would like to visit all Montessori schools in Jubilee Hills area and then decide upon the final one for my daughter. Could anyone please offer any leads?
Admission process is very simple - for toddlers and pre-primary just need to fill up the application form, submit the necessary documents, pay the fee and secure the seat.
Fee is about 90k p.a. + 60k one time on admission
I didn't check if they have any transport facility. Shall inquire on my next visit.
Playground is very small although they have a decent campus for toddlers to run around
Please share your views on the school. I am a bit confused as to how they would integrate Montessori with ICSE. It would be a challenge to seek admission in another school at Grade 1-2 (difficult too for any kid), hence I am keen on continuing the same school till Grade 10.
We liked and are interested with Montessori method of education.
I need information about Shriram Montessori school regarding Transport facility, Play ground and about their integration of ICSE after Elementary.
How is their Transport facility safety and quality (I will move to my new flat in Alkapur Township Near Puppalaguda if we opt for this school and it is around 8,9 kms from the school.)
How is their playground (I feel sports are important in child's growth physically, mentally and socially.)
Most important, do they have their own ICSE school to which they move children after the elementary level and how are they integrated?
Please provide information.
Please give me your mail or phone number to discuss about the Montessori schools options.
You can even mail to email@example.com or call 9030872170.
Thanks and Regards,
Whats the fee structure of Shriram Montessori? Anyone out here can help with this. Thanks in anticipation!
It's 50k for admission, 10k for building fund , 15k caution deposit.
Then annual fee plus maintenance is 23500.plus very month fees depending on child class .
