 Hi Ramesh,

Did u check with DAV & GlobalEdge schools? Both have CBSE curriculam and got decent reputation. U can also try Radcliffe which is on the way to Balanagar(after crossing Moosapet X roads), provided if it not very far from where you stay.

We are planning to join my Baby who is 2.5 yrs old into nursery, looked out for Many play schools near Vasanth Nagar Colony and decided 2 playschools (Time Kids and Bachpan Kphb Phase6 end of vasanth nagar).

Before confirming these 2 wanted to have reviews abt the schools. If not we can look out for other schools.

Kindly Help me...

Thank you

 Hi SriRamesh,

Vikas is more established but the school not giving the receipt is uncalled for.
A few schools these days are following the same after the recent GO of school fee hike.

If you are okay with it. Vikas seems to be a better choice.

Did you try Sentia, SilverOaks, Kennedy Global  and The Creek in Bachupally ?
All these schools are in and around Kukatpally.

Sanskriti is comparatively  new. As suggested by Chandu, pl have a look at GlobalEdge ,DAV and Radcliffe too.

You could hold Vikas for sometime.

 Hi munny,

You could have a look at Bubbles too.

Bubbles Play School
Plot # 368, Bhagat Singh Nagar,
Near Vasanth Nagar Colony (Besides JNTU),
Kukatpally, Hyderabad (AP) - 500 072

Phone: 040-40262702, 9908288873, 9441161619

Bachpan and TimeKids are good too. Kindly check the hygiene and other basic amenities once again when you visit these schools.

Bachpan's syllabus is quite vast. The school has introduced writing from Nursery itself. Kindly check out its curriculum and teachers before you decide.

Time kids at Jubilee Hills & Sec'bad is  good. This pre-school chain has many activities for children. I am not aware of Kukatpally branch.  I am sure, the one at Kukatpally must be following the same methodology. Kindly check with other parents.

Dear mickey

Thanke you very much for your valuable suugestion. Sure we will go through with Sentia, as I heard with kennady the childern and teacher ratio is 1:40 is this good for children?suggest me on this.

Silver oaks is too costly, my cousin's 2 children are there in that school and according to them the school is very hi-fi so i don't want to go with it and one more request is how is DAV kukatpally......

I will wait for ur reply....

Hi SriRamesh, DAV, Kukatpally is an old and establshed school. If you manage to get here, you don't hv to look for other schools.

If teachers are able to pay attention, you could choose Kennedy too. In most of the schools, the class strength in middle school is 35+ . However the class strength two yrs back in Sentia was 25+. I am not aware of the current strength now. Pl check out.

 Hi mickey and parents

We finally choose 3 schools sentia, vikas and DAV, as you said its bit difficult to get in DAV we try first for it other wise sentia is the best. My samll request is that can u please let me know the fee structure of this acadaminc year and my kid's final exams will complete in 1st week of april, but the school above are starting their class in can i manage is it become any problem from the school side....if no problem i willl make my kid to learn the lessions....please suggest me on this also..

mickey 2013-02-26 10:22:50

 Hi SriRamesh,

That shouldn't be a problem at all. You can make your child cope up in summer holidays. Usually when the new session starts, the schools usually have half days and not much will be taught. You could however have a look at the books  and note down the portion which has been taught so that you could teach him in summer hols.

Sentia's fees for grade 4 would be approximately 85 to 90K. You may  call up and find out coz I don't have the current fee structure.

You can even try in Vignan Bo Tree because I am not too sure if all the new schools you are talking about at least have the cbse recognition. This school has very good reputation in and around kukatpally. It is very consistent in its performance as well. My kid is studying in 3rd class. One important aspect which I found very unique and like a lot about Vignan is the excellent teacher and student rapport. Also, it has very good academic track record consistently from many years and  at the same time have good extra-curriculars like any other international school.
