oakridge school or a play school for 2yr kid 2013........ HELP

hai moms,

i am new here and a mother of 18month baby girl. i want to join her in oakridge for 2013 , or should i join her in a good play school and go for oakridge for LKg? kindly help soon as i have to take a decision ASAP.If so advice some pre schools which r good around banjara hills or gachibowli

i also need advice on hiring a full time nanny for my kid? so kindly help here too. i have searched for this graycoats thing , this information was in 2010, what about now? r they good now also? please help

hi anvi... i guess her best play school will be your home.. 18 months ... for christ sake...... think... she can be admitted in so many schools... at any age... you wont get her childhood back... let her enjoy it

oh my god NO, u have mistaken me. i am not going to get her admitted in any school now . she wil turn 2yrs this coming april and i want to start her nursery that is in coming june when a schoolsession starts i.e nursery 9am -12.00pm, so that she can play and socialize with her age group ( in our apartment she doesnot have this).

i have contacted this oakridge school and it appears good. but i am confused whether to join her in a playschool or oakridge . i am confused. plase help

Check out OI Playschool in Jubilee Hills. It is a company owned company operated school from the Oakridge group (People Combine).

btw if your problem is about admission into Oakridge for Grade 1, all Oi playschoolers can directly get admitted into Oakridge once Nursery, LKG, UKG is complete.

Also, you need to check whether your child will be elgiible for nursery in next academic year. My guess is NO, she will only be eligible for Playgroup and not nursery. She will be eligible for nursery in 2014 June or so. Check out the schools in your vicinity and make a decision.

My child goes to Oi Playschool at Banjara Hills,Road no.12.My daughter joined as a toddler in this school and now will be going to Nursery.As a parent i have seen a lot of positive change in her.The best part about the school is that they are Child Centric and also the teachers are brilliant.I suggest that you go and take a look at the school,you will not be disappointed.

Also I would definitely send to preschool not international school at this age..she is too young to travel and go that far for a school check something close by your home
