I'll be returning to India end of July. My work is located in HiTech city. I'm looking for good places to live (not too upscale) with good international schools.
One important consideration is that the area is decent (I'm ok with higher rents) with good infrastructure, security, running water and electricity.
Another aspect - I was told by a friend that Sainikpuri is a good place with decent schools. How far is sainikpuri from HiTech city for a daily commute?
Your responses are appreciated.
Sainikpuri is quite far. People do commute from all the corners to Hitech city but when you consider the traffic, pollution, bandhs etc.. My advice..stay close to work and look for good schools around.
There are excellent schools around hitech city. We'll come to specifics when you consider the area.
There are very good gated communities with all the amenities(even more than what you want) around hitech city.
Try Serene county in Gachibowli, Indu Fortune Fields Gardenia near Hitech city MMTS. And the list goes on and on.
We moved last year and live close to Hitech city.
Thank you 2Kids for the info. If I'm looking at places near Hitech city, what would those be and what are some good schools in those area where I can manage to get admission at this time?
In addition to the communities mentioned above, My Home Navadweepa in Hitech city, Aparna Towers in Kodapur are also good choices and near to Hitech city. These mentioned apartments have 90% IT population and most returned from US.
All the regular schools admissions are done for the year. You can try International schools, they will take throughout the year. Phoenix Greens near gachibowli and Manthan in Madhapur are quite good for younger kids. Oak ridge in gachibowli is the most expensive in International category.
Google them and you'll get more details.
Can you share any information you found on shools or apartments? We are moving from US to Hitech city area.
