You can start off by updating your resume, and then upload it on job sites. Apart from the generic job sites(Naukri, Monster, Indeed), there are some specifically for women. You can look at sheroes.in , http://www.womenrestart.com, www.avtariwin.com. You can specify that you would like to work from home, and the number of hours you can put in. For content writing you can check upwork.com, contentmart.com. 
Your SEO experience will definitely be a plus point, as there are many job postings relating to content writing which emphasize on SEO exp. 
If you have prior work experience, you can create a Linkedin Account, and build a credible network of your ex-colleagues and college batchmates.

I have tried many sites, uploaded my resume in all the sites but I am not getting any home based work.  I have overall 8yrs experience in which i worked in defence for missiles and as a Business Analyst in IT.
I cannot continue my career as my kids are growing up and I needs to take care of them. At the same time I have to support my family financially. Thats a reason I am searching for home based jobs.
I lost  money in paying for registration fee for captche work, gleamtechsolutions for offline typing work etc., but its just waste of money...please share me the genuine sites if you know in your circle.
