Hi,
I'm a mother of 15 month old baby boy am currently a stay at home mom. I was working in a software company until recently I had to quit my job due to erratic job timings which gave me very less time with my baby. He was extremely cranky due to this and wasn't able to adjust in a day care either. I love to spend time with my baby now but equally miss my job. Its always a tough choice for a working mother.
