Hello All,
I am trying to gather as much information as I can for a child finishing primary school in Gurgaon specifically. There is little qualified information on which I can base a decision and would be grateful if any parents can share their insight about schools in Gurgaon. I am keen on finding a school, which hopefully does not have only elitism as its credentials, but is renowned for adopting modern, child centric teaching philosophies similar to international schools globally.

I have an offer for a place from an excellent school in UK (where we are currently) but really are weighing our options as eventually within a year or so we intend to move to Gurgaon.

Please help!!

A desperate parent

Dear Anumin,

Schools offering IB/Cambridge programs are Scottish High Sector 57 gurgaon, Lancers international Dlf Ph 5 and few more and they are very good.

But first you have to define what is elitism by ur definition?

Is it children from affluent backgrounds in a school which may spoil him

a school keeping those standards in imparting education with current global standards and letting old concept of Ncert Indian Schools rear regressive rural thinking? We live in global times, let your child get global exposure.Pay for an elite curriculum and see the difference in his thinking as it combines the best of grassroots to the highest standards. Keep an open mind!!Good Luck!!

Presidium is a good school in sector 57 Gurgaon. It is not just an ordinary school. Here  teaching is not about knowledge downloads, but fostering excellence. Students are encouraged  to explore within and without.

The school beleives in making every child -  A Leader of Tomorrow.
