Trying to loose some weight. In recent 2 months I have gained a lot of weight. I had heard about the cabbage soup diet which when followed properly lets you loose around 3 kgs. Its a 7 day diet program and in this program in 5th day you are asked to eat beef / chicken. Any ideas what can be substitided for a vegetarian.
Has anybody tried out this diet and lost weight?? Any ideas, suggestions are welcome! Feel free to comment.
