An year back, i joined gym to reduce my weight from 80kg to 75kg thats just before my marriage. After 1 yr marriage, now my weight is increased again. I like to reduce my weight from 83kg to 72kg becoz my BMI shows that my weight should not execeed 72. My height is 170cm.
Please give some tips to reduce my weight. what is the diet to follow? foods to avoid? exercise to do?

what changes I made was, made exercise as a part of my lifestyle.. the weight loss would follow.. the idea is to learn to enjoy exercising on a daily basis.
I hv lost a lot of weight over period of time and now seem to be stuck at 81. I try to do cardio and weight training to help me lose..
if you really want to look fit, do strength training exercise.

Most of the weight reduction and gain is age related. The older you are the more difficult it is to shed the extra pounds. A good mix of healthy diet and excercise is the secret. You should take professional physical trainer advice to acheive ur target. Without much consultation, u can reduce the salt intake and cut the portion size to half and supplement one time meal with a protien shake and good excercise and you will definitely see results.
