This also would come in handy and very healthy too. Ragi vermicilli noodles:
1. Ragi vermicilli is available in MTR, Manna and other brands.
2. Cook vermicilli as per instructions ( soak in water for 2 mins and steam cook for 5 mins).
3. Saute vegiies, curry leaves, add salt and mix the steamed vermicilli mix in mild heat.
4. Also, you can add coconut scrapes along with jaggery or sugar and give a sweet healthy dish.
This is a quickie and those kids who love noodle and pasta would love this too:) Do let me know how it turned out
