Hi ..I am Lalitha and new to parentree site. I am a mom of 3yrs old baby. My daughter likes poori .So I try preparing some poori varieties adding methi leaves or oats powder in the poori dough .
She likes having pulses and corn. You can try giving boiled pulses and dry fruits.
Having small dosas and mini idly is of her other choices.
Since the time I got to know that most of American corns are GMO, I have completely stopped those along with cornflakes. I am not sure and can't even trust if Indian ones are not GMO. I tried organic ( 24/7 mantra's) cornflakes but my son doesn't like it.
My son is also fond of puri but he just likes one variety in which I use milk to make a dough + put ajwain, sugar(lil), salt n Til. I give him that ones a week.

Mini idlies, parattas with almonds and sugar or coconut and sugar, palak puri, meithi puri, spoon dosas, carrot and cheese, boiled vegetables, ajwain puri, cheese dosas, noodles cutlet, corn, peas and rice balls, upmas are the general stuffs i send to my kids for lunch. or rather can call it a snack at school since they have it at 11 am.
Hi you can even make Rosas with milaghu jeera flavour or idli podi by spreading it on top of ghee dosa.
dosas can also be made in different shapes like letters or numbers.

U can try d following recipes
Breakfast- stuffed chapathi/ stuffed puri( only aloo/ all vegies)
Plain chapathi/ plain puri with jam/ sauce/tomato chutney
Mini idlis- chutney
Dosa-plain/podi/onion/onion,grated carrot,cut tomato
Adai(all dhal dosa)-with jaggery/jam
Lunch-veg fried rice/pulao/tomato rice(with papad/ raitha)lemon rice/tamarind rice/coconut rice/all vegie sambar rice(with any vegie curry)
Snacks- murukku/mixtures/sweets/sundal,dry fruits,fruits,carrot
cucumber mango with pepper salad
My son is 4 year old and his favorite is cheese sandwich, idli and chutney.
For snacks, i pack fruits like apple, papaya, banana, guava.
