I'm in abroad. My son will be enrolling for 8th grade in 2018. Have shortlisted 4 now for CBSE. His 2nd lang is Hindi and 3rd is French with little Tamil background. Considering this and based on the telephone conversation with the schools have shortlisted the following.

2. Camford
3. Yuvabharathi
4. CS Academy

Appreciate your thoughts on the following:

1. Have I missed any other GOOD school that does not mandate Tamil as 2nd or 3rd language?
2. How do you rate the above schools?
3. Have planned to visit the above schools in the month of October?! Is it too early or late for next year's admission?

Really appreciate your inputs and advise. Thanks in advance.

Hello Mr. Riyaz, Have you taken the admission for your son? I am also looking for my son. Please let me know if you have got any other info. about these schools. I have also heard a good review about CS academy and camford.

I agree with Reshma. My kid studies in CS Academy. Well established now and really good in all aspects. They are very selective in admissions so the peer group is excellent. Just yesterday I saw in their Facebook page that CS has been ranked by Fortune in the top 50 schools in India also. I don€™t usually believe in most of these rankings but Fortune is a good organisation. Best of luck.

Hello dbiju (sorry not sure about your name :) )

I am yet to visit these schools. Really favoring CS & Yuva. The problem is Yuva said the admissions will start only by Feb for 2018 - 2019. So need to  plan my trip  in a way to hit two birds with a stone.

Yuva said once the admission slot are opened they will be reflecting on their website. Upon that, the student's current year's transcripts etc have to be sent to them. Yuva said then they will scrutinize based on selection criteria and then will intimate the date on which to come for admission tests. FYI something you may keep in mind.

Hope this helps and in btw, thanks Asha and Lakshmi for your comments. They are indeed helpful.
