I got their number from the contact us on their website under Coimbatore.

Kid in lkg. Criteria min 3 years and 8 months but could be some flexibility for a month or two.

Txs i got the nos. and eligibility in their site says 3 yrs and 8 months but my son is already studying in pre kg in a reputed cbse schools i dont want him to miss a year, so far he is able to pick up like all other students in his class. He is jan 2010 born. hw abt yr kid.

Yes we saw the class room lkg very attractive. Was very impressed by seeing dr. sitara. hvg gr8 hope on this school.

I'm going to relocate from chennai to coimbatore soon.... I am looking for good cbse schools for my son (class 3)..... Pls let me know what is the fee struture in CS Academy. What is the one time deposit? What extra curricular activities are they offering? Do they give importance to sports?

We have until now checked SSVM (Singanallur) and Vivekam CBSE School (Saravanampatti).... would appreciate feedbacks regarding these two schools also.

hi nilu79. welcome to parentree cbe. fees at CS in KG are similar to most cbse schools - i think. around 45,000 / year. they have a wide range of sports and for next year they said will also have swimming, golf in addition to tennis, football, athletics, basketball, volleyball, chess, tt, etc etc...you should visit the school and ask your queries as i think that is the best way to decide. you can meet the mgmt if you want and talk to them also...

My husband's office will be Coimbatore Tidel Park.... So we were looking to settle at a place nearby with a good school...

Have you heard of Vivekam School in Saravanampatti.... I'm really confused at the moment.... Would appreciate if you give me some feedback or advice regarding the school ...

Also we are considering SSVM school in Singanallur.... Would appreciate any feedbacks

i considered suguna pips (very academic but good in that aspect i hear), yuva bharathi (but some recent mgmgt issues) and CS for my child. you have to decide which one based on your priorities. if you stay in race course area all these are almost same distance i think. ssvm - if you want luxury - AC etc etc then you can consider. i am more traditional in that i want kids to have more cosmopolitan peers and a down to earth approach. also mgmt team track record and capability is what i think is most important as all other things can change. as i said best to do a schools tour and then decide...

I tried Suguna Pips.... But admissions are full right now.... CS academy will be too far will check with Yuva bharathi.... Thanks a lot dear.... My main issue is I need french as a 3rd language as am not sure how long will be in Cbe.... So if we ever have to move there will be no admission issues pertaining to language as we may find schools with French anywhere in Mumbai or Bangalore easily later on.... Do you have any idea abt the fee structure in Yuva Bharathi... and their extra curricular activities...

Also could you pls review Vivekam CBSE school for me

Fee at CS is about 45,000 - books etc extra. lunch, transport, optional. upfront about 50 i think...not sure if higher classes are different. btw both directors at CS are from the UK also i think.

best decision i made i think. but you should check them out as they have a very strong idea about their focus. e.g. there are competitions regularly, children are assessed (they say not tested) to identify weak points and parents get a lot of feedback about the child. suggest you visit and decide.

Hi Raji,

My kid is studying in CSA and so far everything is good. They follow cbse and later u can shift to IGCSE for higher class, if you wish. They have prekg to 9th std in their main branch in Kovaipudur. They do have a KG branch in red fields (prekg, lkg, ukg). The fees is around 1 lakh at the time of admission. Later on it is around 70k (incl of all) for KG group.

Hi Raji,

R.S.Puram is not that far off many of them are coming from that area, it takes 20 mints drive in school bus. If you are looking in RS.Puram area you can try Bharatiya vidya bhavan, Nehru vidyalaya, Chinmaya vidyalaya but not sure abt the curriculam they are following.

Admission for the next June is already started.....Hence parents please contact the school immediately. The average class strength is max 30 per class with two teachers...

@ Veena: My kid is in 1 std. for him I m paying around 25K per term. They have 2 terms. Apart from this we may have to pay for books, uniforms, bag, etc. and if you want boarding, transport, lunch you have to pay accordingly.
Last year the admission fees for 1st std was 40K Plus I term fee 25k and books and other things around 15 to 18 k was paid by my friend. For the coming year I don't know. Please you can call to the office and check for further details. All the best.
