My child is 3 and half years old. He is quite tall for his age but I am little worried about his weight.Because of the height he is looking very thin.It would be great if puts one or two kilos.
He is very adament when it comes to food. Till now he likes only banana and is not ready to take anyother fruits.He is not willing to open to new food. I am trying my level best to make him like food but still he is not at all interested
Please suggest any inovative way to make him like fruits and vegetables and healthy food.
try kids-recipe books by tarla dalal and juhi agrawal..u can also have a look at magazines like 'child', 'mother and baby', which offer some excellent new ideas to serve food to fussy kids.

children at 3 are assertiev about their needs and wishes..the more u force, the more they reject. i find homemade and fruit/veg packed pizzas, pastas, burgers, chowmein, custard, cakes quite helpful in dealing with fussy eaters.
