Hi Krishna ,

Trust me , these are baseless rumours. Not only childred, but elders too can suffer from teeth problem , if not taken care off.

Its been an age old misconception, that chocolates or chocolated related product facilitate teeth problems. As a matter of fact, even the normal food we consume facilitates teeth problems , when we do not wash properly.

So my vote is , go ahead and give your angel the vitamin doze they require with the health drinks irrespective of Bournvite, Horlicks or Complan .

Luv

Ronn

Hi Krishna, even i was in dilemma which health drink should i give to my kid..... I tried all of them, bournvita, complan, horlicks..

Out of these, my kid loved horlicks and complan....right now he is on complan.

During my search, i came across this link by Madhurie Singh. She did big search on composition, etc and according to her compaln is good.

I have started giving Bornvita to my daughter , she is just 2.6 years, but I think that makes her milk heavy or something, since when I add bournvita, she does not finish her milk , might be she doesn not like taste.

Best health drink would be if you make it at home! And its easy too...

Take dry fruits, almond, cashewnut, walnut, dry date ect. Roast them little, make a fine powder. You can also add sugar, if kid likes sweet milk.

Give this powder with warm milk.

Kids usually make fuss to eat dry-fruits, this way, they get to eat them!!
