Had the worst experience with IPIL Nanganallur during the academic year 2014-15 where our kid had done Sr KG. Straight to the point, the school does not have responsible management either from the franchise who is running the school in nanganallur or the main IPIL as provided in their websites. Such schools who are almost charging like any other big schools should atleast ensure they have good faculties to educate and establish good foundations within the children. This is our least expectation as a parent when we decide to put our children into these schools. Unfortunately IPIL Nanganallur does not provide even this. During the academic year of 2014 -15 the SR KG class had atleast 4 class teachers changed. How can children at these ages quickly adapt to changes and follow the work mode of every class teacher?
When this was reported to the management through their contact mails as per their website, there was no response and it was ignored completely. Nobody from the franchisee management will not be available in the school to hear parents concerns except for an admin coordinator who in absence of any teacher will also fill up that role.
Such is the faculty experience. Those who are planning to have their kids join please have things clearly discussed with the management before getting the admissions.
