As i don't find a discussion thread yet on the prekg admissions for 2022-23, I'm starting this..let us start discussing the process/progress here .
Current Information posted at SchoolConnects(but heard it is delayed because of current covid situation)
School Admission Procedure and Eligibility
Registration forms for Pre-KG will be open from Jan 12, 2022 & Jan 13, 2022 , Jan 20, 2022 & Jan 22, 2021 for the academic year 2022-23.
Higher Class Procedure:
If there is vacancy, then the school might issue application form. Contact the school directly.
School Admission Age Criteria:
PreKG - 2 Yrs 6 Mths by 1st June
application for Pre KG admission will be given shortly, they have mentioned in the website
Hi, i went through the pervious year thread. But i dint understand what was meant as "Track sheet". Do any one know about that. Please help.
Oki so when the announcement is made in the school website we ll be given a link to fill up a form which wud open for three full days. This form will have to be taken a print out of, which is called track sheet. School ll ask the parents to submit this track sheet along with address proofs and other documents which they ll mention in the instructions clearly. U ll be allotted specific day and time to submit this form.
Website updated info on admissions few days back ! What are the documents mainly asked ?

I had submitted today & process was smooth.
1. Based on your track sheet no. they will give a token and direct you to the respective counter. (for e.g. 1-20 counter A, 21-40 counter B, etc)2. They will call as per the token no, so wait for your turn3. First level - Track sheet & DoB verification. Pay 500 & collect receipt. They will provide you envelope on which you have to write your address4. Second level - All docs verification. i.e. Track sheet, DoB, Address proof, Identity proof. Here they will collect the track sheet, photo copies, envelope.

Does anyone know how much time does it take for the interview letter to come?? That is after submitting the track sheet in how much time can we expect the call letter for interview??
I too submitted the Tracksheet today, all originals verified. I did ask, how long would it take, but their response was "You have to wait". Further i said, would there be any mail communication / sms sent, for which they said, "Only post" would come. (expressed my little concern that, but guess, no other choice.
As i read through the previous year posts, they would take a minimum of 1 month, and a maximum of 4 months. (not sure how much of it is related to COVID)... so for now, no thoughts for next few weeks at the least.
Lastly, i find this thread in Parentree very helpful for peer group discussion. Request any one who has got a mail / post, please post in this group, so that others can increase our watch for posts :)

If it€™s by post then the interview ll be offline. If a mail then an online interview is my personal guess
How many applications they would have received, my no# was 262, submitted on 23rd 2pm slot
It might take a month or so for them to dispatch the letter. I doubt it would be 4 months..since in 4 months (June) the school itself would get reopened.
Last year as the interview was conducted online , they had sent an email. So I meant that if they are getting self addressed envelopes from parents now, then there r chances that interview could be physical.
