So many comments in a single day!!! Thank you all for your feedback.. There was this same feedback posted by one of the parents in this thread sometime back but got removed don't know why. So it s a waste of time to think about this school anymore. elav...As one of the parents said, it's not too late..

Anbuhaasan..I did not ask whether we can pay the fees monthly...It is the school which mentioned fees can be paid monthly or quarterly.

I am new to parentree, My son is already in Baalyaa and we are happy parents, when I was in search of school I didnot get a single info about this school, now I can see many talking about this. Since we bought a house in keelkattalai and new to chennai we dont have option other than baalyaa, so I admitted my son with hesitation (as i was looking for modern cbse school), but now i am happy and he is in this school for 2 years. He is happy school going child, i dono what is montessori. But from my son behaviour i will say this school is better than the school where my nephew is studying(Sunshine school). Before i admit my son, he is very adament and arrogant but it slowly reduced, now he is very polite and social activities improved lot. I am really wondering about his perfection in home, now he teach me to be perfect. he scold me that i didnt switch of lights. Studies wise he is ok (at this age we cannot predict their studies) his english fluency also good, now he can understand both tamil and english He has regular homework like other schools, he sit for max 1 to 1.5 hr with his mom to complete. So i dont think it is too much load. Even my brother is thinking to move his daughter from sunshine to Baalyaa.
I came to know from my brother that baalyaa is been discussed nowadays in parentree,

My daughter studied in Baalyaa School. She was doing her 8th Standard, there.
The school is really a good one and the teachers and management took special care in bringing up my child.
When I took my child for admission, the management clearly explained about the school and affiliation status. Then I searched for more details in the Internet and understood the merits of the accreditation issued by the HR department of the Central Government.
There are about 4 teachers who took different subjects for my daughter. All of them taught her well. Her proficiency in English and Mathematics improved a lot in this School. The classroom is also well equipped with latest audio-visual technologies. Here the students can opt for subjects of their choice from 9th standard onward. Fee is reasonable.

Finally went and met the principal on 23rd September 2017. The school does not have a ground and this i consider to be a major negative point. The fees they said will be Rs. 40000 odd which is equal to some of the recognized schools. They also insist for a pre KG or play school for the kid. Thinking twice now before i take a decision
